Sales person is super professional and friendly. I found what I was looking for. Great store.

The Sales professional was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was not afraid to ask for assistance from the manager. She was very personable and caring. She handled the irritation that the assistant manager seemed to have with her with grace. Only thing I would say is that the manager not get easily irritated with the Sales Professional in front of the customer or the other sales professionals especially when training a new person.

My visit to this store was very pleasant. The staff was clean and very nice. The knowledge of the merchandise was great.

I have visited three Pandora stores in the past year and at each one every associate has given great customer service.

Nothing was wrong with my service. My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient.

I was waiting my turn to be assisted, I’m not racist but there are not other words to describe the situation, the sales person was black she had a black clients that she was assisting she was very kind to her she explained about the survey and that she was going to get a $10 off next purchase when it was my turn she was different with me I felt that it was because I’m Hispanic I purchase what I need it too and she never told me about the survey, what it make feel bad and thought she was a little racist.

They didn't have the jewelry cleaning kit I came in for.

Was looking for a particular charm and you were out. Salesperson did offer alternatives but no suggestions about online or other locations that may carry item.
