We had to wait outside the store until someone was available. Which gave us less time to look around. Merchandise need to be more visible.

While standing outside in the line, it was only one sakes associate working, while another young lady was in store. I went to ask her a question & she was extremely rude, she was tall with hair like dreads or braids, very rude & unprofessional.

There were several sales associates that did not acknowledge my presence upon entering the store…. I know they saw me because we looked at each other eye to eye….that’s bad sales practice in my opinion

I was not completely, because I had to wait entirely to long for service. There is not enough help working in the store. Next time, I will order on line.

You’re not always going to be highly satisfied even if they treat you right. There’s always going to be something you don’t like but not to the point where you’re not satisfied. I’m not highly satisfied but I’m not “not satisfied” either. I’m in between

The store is very small. Very hard to move around in. A lot of people not a lot of associates on a busy Saturday. The wait time was very long.

I felt rushed during my visit. The sales associate didn’t make suggestions. I felt like I should’ve had my mind made up prior to arriving.
