I had to call about my order after 3 days. I never received a pick up email. The store is just ok

No one explained what the charms were made of and their supposed longevity. Everyone was focused on selling; $ count. I think you wld sell more if you educate your customer as far as the content of the metals used and it’s longevity and content!

The size of the store and availability of staff was just a little disappointing. However, I will blame that on the Mother's Day shopping crowd. I also wished there were more bracelets available in the size I needed.

I waited in line outside the store for over an hour to make my selection and purchase. Tried to call ahead to this store and another, no one answers phones!

Sales associate seemed somewhat disinterested but did assist me

We waited in line nearly an hour before we could enter the store. I understand due to covid-19 limited customers are allowed in the small space however one sales associate spent 30 minutes with one customer and the other kept running to the backroom. Once we were in we spent about 10 in the store to get what we wanted and what I really wanted was not in stock.

I did not rate highly satisfied on some questions for the sales associates for not quickly getting customers inside the store after serving. Some disappeared from the front when there was a long line outside of the store.

This store is extremely small. And oils also use more stock.
