There was a line outside of the store and not all associates were being efficient with cleaning after their customers to get the next customer in. There were no catalogs available to hand to the customers outside which would have sped the process along and finally, the selection being showed wasn't complete. My daughter had no clue what she wanted and wasn't given an opportunity to see it all.

The sales associate wasn’t the friendliest, like most of the associates there. Didn’t offer or promote deals or as a salesperson help find the best items for my price range

Because they are located in the mall I didn't want to walk the mall looking for the store I called several times to get the location in the mall no one answered only 1 worker and no guest

They don’t have the item that want to exchange and they don’t want to do price mach so It was disappointed.

Staffing was highly inadequate at this time year. This was actually my second store; the first one at the Cumberland location was much worse. I waited almost 2 hours and didn’t even get helped. This Pandora did better than that, but I still had to wait a significant amount of time. And there weren’t many charms in stock. The charms I selected were like 5th or 6th option

Extremely long wait time and not enough employees to accommodate the pubic demand. Customer service was phenomenal and my representative demonstrated expertise in assisting my to make a product selection. Apologized about any inconvenience regarding delays in service

When i arrived i was the only one in the line outside the door there were 5 assoc available and when 3 of them freed up 2 walked to the back and ignored me then as another assoc finished with a customer she was directed to help me ...after I was already told the 2goelathat left the sales floor were going to " be right with me" the other assoc was flirting with the customer she was with and not even concerned with the line forming outside...no one at this location was friendly except the lady i think may have been mngmt
