Really could not look at the charms the way I would have liked to. The young lady who was assisting us kept moving the trays before I was done looking at them. So with that I only purchase 1 charm and my friend purchase 3 charms.

The The free bracelet is. cheap looking and only had one size to choose from.We pay too much money to Pandora to get an inferior gift, I'm done!!

I placed an online order, I called the store to tell them I would be there to pick up end of day. I spoke with 2 representatives over the phone no one communicated me that I would be able to fulfill my online order and that I would have to pay full price for my bracelet , that I purchase on cyber Monday.

Problem could not be helped, due to holiday sale. Out of stock or sizes in severs items. This is not salespersons fault.

I was asking questions about the product and associate was trying to brush me off as if I was ask her to many questions.

I was a little lost with the online pick up process however, there was a young lady who came out and assess the line so she ended up helping me when I tell her that I just only needed to pick up an online order the wait was not long at all. I also ordered the wrong size bracelet and she was very helpful in helping me exchange it! I do feel like Pandora should have a separate spot for online pick up orders only or a better system.

There was nothing extraordinary that happened during the visit that warrants a Highly Satisfied rating for me. In fact, I was told that the item I was looking for was put on hold at the location, when I arrived it had not been.

The store was empty. There were 2 visible sales associates, only one greeted me. The associate seemed to be rushing a bit.
