Just a few hiccups

The associate assumed my needs while I was in the middle of asking questions. Often cutting me off, until I corrected him and asked him to allow me to finish. After we were smooth sailing.

The lady's that work in the store doesn't seem very interested in their job. Customer service sucks.

Second time I’ve been to this location and the charms I wanted wasn’t available. Some of the sales representatives wasn’t the friendlyis

The location is too far from where I live. I don’t want to have to drive that far for Pandora items.

I was not able to browse the store the lady told me to stay where I was and she’d bring it to me. This was at the north point mall in Alpharetta.

Long wait, not enough staff. The available staff spent too much time with guest, with a long long waiting.

I came into the store for a specific item and the sales associate knew exactly what I wanted. She was extremely helpful!

I just felt like the Customer Service should have been more engaging with enthusiasm for the customer....it was very dry.
