Store too small...or either the people were too big. I waited at least 15 minutes before the girl that told me to wait on another helper (who was taking a long time beading bracelets) decided she wanted to help...and had the nerve to ask me if I'd been helped. She had been standing there, not assisting anyone, all along.

I was told by Johnathan 3 weeks prior to this date that because I did not have credit card I could not exchange or get a refund. But that is my fault I should have read the total receipt.

Overall I got what I wanted, just store was out of stock and not available to attend right away. Then associate couldn't print out my gift receipt and not very organized with how the sale went. I love pandora, I guess its the location which is what I did not like bc other pandora stores are not like this.

I visited the store after new year and purchased a signature bracelet worth $216. In the end, due to shortage I was given a totally different box and brown paper cover similar to a food to go cover. I was asked to come later to collect the actual bracelet box and the bag. Was very dissatisfied as it’s the store management to ensure they have right stock every time. Also the collection and the size available at store was very very limited (was barely anything). Pandora definitely needs to have a better inventory control.

The service is slow, waited fifteen or more minutes just to get into the store. Sales person had to share the merchandise with each other, causing more damage more wait time.

I love Pandora and I am a new customer. My first experience was amazing because the person who attended to me had patience and helped me, that's why I returned to buy, but to another place. The person who attended to me did not like her face was rude, I think she just needed to sell and he didn't care about anything. I felt uncomfortable and felt bad asking him something, because she just looked at me as if I wasn't going to buy anything and just showed me the charms by obligation, but I never felt good. When I paid was the only moment she smiled at me and made me feel comfortable. It was a bad experience. I never want to go back to that place.

Limited sales associates, for it to be the holidays you needed more people working. The wait was long and the line kept getting longer.

I was satisfied when I walked into the store since someone greeted me. However, it seemed like the first lady did not have that much knowledge of the products. Luckily, the manager assisted and I was able to purchase what I needed.
