The items that I was looking for were in stock, however Georgia related charms are only available at other locations like Atlantic Station. The store is very cleanand usually not crowded, but appears small compared to other Pandora locations in Atlanta. They are very friendly, if a charm on the catalog is not available in store, they offer to order it and it get shipped to you. (I have done that in the past not on this visit)

The customers service representatives were not that engaging and I hate to start conversation with them to get my process started. The experience was just "blah"

I was satisfied, but this location had very limited number of the charms I was seeking. Additionally, I had to wait almost 15 minutes before I was helped

Nobody bothers to acknowledge your presence initially. Only after you keep waiting the staff talks to you. The products are very good hence the repeat value. Staff should be more proactive and warm.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about pandoras products. My sister has four pandora bracelets and all four had tarnished. The problem i have is , I’ve had my pandora bracelet for about ten years and my bracelet has never tarnished . My sister has spend about a thousand dollars on her bracelet and they were totally ugly. So that’s why I cannot give the store a highly satisfied rating %

The store was filled with customers, at least ten customers and there was only two sales reps. As you know, as a shopper for Pandora, it's never quick, I know This. They needed help REALLY bad. They lost a lot of customers.
