The items I wanted were out of stock with no feedback given from staff when items would be available. It was disappointing that store didn't have a better inventory. Shopping online for items was also difficult.

The sales associate was very passive and disassociated. I actually did not purchase everything I intended to because of his lack of customer service. So I spent my money elsewhere, buying non Pandora jewelry.

It was very busy in the store so it was hard to look fortunately I had an idea of what I was looking for but it was not in stock

Takes too long to check out. Took 30 minutes to check out. Because of the teller having to scan every single item in a book on an I pad that seemed difficult to use.

The merchandise was not arrange to give you a better choice, the display counter whole certain item. It slow down the process, and the associate kept looking for certain item.

I was not satisfied because there was not enough staff to assist customers so there ended up being long lines of customers for assistance.
