I went in for a bangle and two charms. They weren't stocked for the bangle with a heart clamp in my size, so I'm unable to wear muy bracelet into their back in stock.

There were not many different options displayed in the store. I almost bought something I didn’t like as much because the piece I was looking for was not out on display in the store, therefore I did not think it was in stock. Another piece I was looking for in the store had such limited size availability I wasn’t able to purchase it.

i came in with a survey code for a 10% discount and apparently the number i was given was too many numbers and the associate could not provide me with the 10% discount and the manager's only suggestion was that i contact customer services regarding my incorrect coupon code

Size of bracelet needed was not available

The selection was smaller than some other stores visited. Also the main item that I went to purchase was not available in my size as well as several other items that I was interested in purchasing.

The costs of the merchandise is very high.

45% off sale and only 2 sales associates made for a long wait. 35 minutes later and a back ache, 2 more girls came to assist. Sales this big should have proper staffing.

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge of the sale person, she was very nice and courtesy.

My sales person was extremely patient I had been in the store 2.5hours trying to decide on my charms her customer service was excellent. The store manager was a bit rude. Whispering about customers is highly unprofessional. I shop here on a regular, and I won't be back!
