There was only one associate that was later joined by another one. There was a long line formed outside the store. There should’ve been more associates there especially prior to Mother’s Day weekend.

It's both Mother's Day and graduation season, I had to wait 20 minutes to be waited on. The staff was very friendly, and I could tell they were embarrassed by how long customers had to wait, as there was not enough staff.

The associate that took care of me was great, but it was a long wait and not enough employees on staff for the traffic. One of the items I purchased kept falling off the same day I purchased and was almost lost. When I went to return the defective item the wait was long yet again. The staff is pleasant but no one has a sense of urgency, I spent my hour lunch break waiting to exchange an item. The shine collection product is never instock, and seems to never replenish. Some of the product for that collection has never been in that particular store and it was suggested that I go to another location which is out of the way.

All stores are the same, very scattered. When checking a price it doesn’t make since for the associate to have to find a book then search the book for the items. As long asive been going to pandora i have asked why don’t you all have the prices on the back of the sample display and get the same i fill stupid answer, “ its up to corporate “. Listen it would save time for you customers and probably get you more customers it the checkout was faster. Think about it.

The staff was fine, the store is a bit small for multiple people to view items and not enough staff onsite. I left the store happy with my purchase until I got home and took my pandora ring off to wash my hands. I went to put it back in and it was missing two stones already. I returned the next day and the rep talked me into exchanging it. I did get another ring, but I’m going to be highly upset if it happens again and it’s too late to return the ring

I was not highly satisfied due to I have made several visits at different times. The store cleanliness, planogram, and customer service was the norm. My visit was during Valentines week which is expected of high volume sales. However, it was not peak hours at the time and there were enough associates to accommodate the customers. The inventory was visible and displayed for my viewing which made it an easy selection on my purchase. Considering this was during Valentines week the store and associates were on point.
