Need more sales people at all times.ypu shouldn’t as a customer wait more then 30min no matter how many people are in the store. Nor enough of some product and not known if or when they will restock that item

I was satisfied with my purchase since it was for my mother; however, it took me 2 days to get into the store - the first day I stood in line for 45 minutes and had to leave and come back the next day and stood in line another 30 minutes. It's Christmas time and with the prices of Pandora products, certainly, Pandora can afford to hire more than 3 sales attendants - there we were standing outside the store in the Mall...sad. I actually tried to find something else at another jewelry store - the standing in line made me very angry for 2 days...ridiculous.

The line was extremely long. There was only one associate working when I first arrived. I fee there should have been more associates in the store being that the Christmas holidays is days away.

Because you have to sign in to be seen and the wait time is very long.

Some of the charms we were looking for were no longer carried. Some charms seem to have a scratchy finish as the associate let us look at all the charms they had and they all were scratched looking for the particular charm that we wanted.

My sales associates was a knowledgeable of the product she was very friendly good customer service

there were too many people in the store for the associate to give me complete attention. The attention given was satisfactory. The range of charms was good, but not complete.
