The representative was very nice and knowledgeable. I would have liked a couple of more things on sale, like the rose gold collection. I loved the sale.

I wasn't highly satisfied because the charms weren't on display as expected. It seems it would be more charms for men; I'm not too sure of why not, but you all should cater to men more.

The manager asked a sales associate to come and assist us and she appeared to be unhappy to leave what she was doing and help us.

I was given a 2017 Mother's Day limited edition bangle set; the clasp broke and I came to exchange the item. I was first told that they no longer have them and that I can pick another bracelet of same value. I refused, because it is a sentimental gift from my only son. So, the reps were very nice and apologetic, called several stores to see if they had the item. None of the stores had the item, then a senior rep came over and went to the back and came back with the same bangle set in a small. I tried it on and it fit, but I really wanted the medium, although I exchange to the small. I only exchanged to the small because the reps told me that Pandora will not restock on that item, due to every holiday season the limited editions are never repeated.

Customer service is bad The employees treated customers as though you are bothering them They treated all customers bad It doesn’t cost anything to be nice

The sales associate was condescending and rude. I didn’t know much about Pandora bracelets and how they work and she was talking to me as if I was stupid and should know with and attitude it made the whole experience plummet for me

Sales person not very friendly. She appeared to have a attitude and reluctant to show us the charms. She warmed up a little after she determined that we came in the store to purchase.

The young lady seemed annoyed to be at work. Asked not one question. Did NOT even say hello welcome…just “come over here”. I needed the birthday charm so I just pointed paid and left. I had my kids with me so I didn’t ask employee what her issue was. No personality AT ALL!
