there were neither earrings nor almost chains, nor pendants the store was not stocked, and the saleswoman was not friendly

Associate was not paying attention to me but rather someone she knew that was being helped by another associate. I had to keep repeating myself as she kept interjecting herself in there transaction. Her name was Sarah and I visited Perimeter Mall.

The wait time to be assisted was over 30 minutes. The manager was in the back of the store and could have helped us (sales associates and I). She did not even acknowledge us (another customer and I)

I went to buy 2 connectors, all the items were in a bag, disorganized. They couldn't find the larger connectors. They need to organize their merchandise.

The Sales person Shaman, was very rude and had a very lazy attitude. I asked to have a different sales person and the person who helped the second time was better she actually wanted me to buy a product and offered options. In 5/7/2021 I went back to return item 768785C01 I returned two of this, Item 196314-44 the assistant manager was very rude and this overwhelmed attitude, I was very anxious having a panic attack I left. I dingy get a receipt printed or emailed. I need someone to look into this and call me back ASAP 779-298-7009

Not satisfied with the price of one purchase. Would have made another selection of know beforehand. Did not pay that much for the two that I already have. Went to return.. lines around the store. Up to an hour wait. Prices should be discussed before purchase.

They took too long 2 ring up the merchandise Lines are too long and not enough sales people

The wait was long. line was moving slowly. only 3 customers at a time with 4 salesperson, 1 of which decided to do store decorations with a customer line of 30 people waiting.

Customer service was rude and very rushed. Asked about purchasing more products and the sales associate was not helpful at all
