We ordered a charm online and received an email telling us that they were getting it ready. We never received another email letting us know if it was ready. We went to the store to pick up the charm but it was no longer in stock so we had to find something else.

While there were no other customers in the store, every time I needed a price on something I had to get her attention for a price check. I was looking for something that your website said it was at the store, she said it wasn't there and didn't offer to show me anything similar.

I had to stand in line for 20 mins, there wasn’t enough staff, associate was knowledgeable however didn’t make any suggestions after every thing I wanted was sold out. The inventory was low and the associate never offered to find merchandise I was looking for from another location. Overall the experience was okay, could of been much better considering the price of the jewelry and it’s not even 14k Gold

It’s over priced and the staff told us that she would give us discount but we found out she only gave us discount on the lower priced item not the entire purchase

I had to wait 10 minutes for assistance. The girl that finally waited on me was extremely kind and nice. If it hadn't been a have to situation I probably would have walked out of the store. She came out just in time.

The items I purchased were full price, the same items are on line @ 20% off. The online discounts should be offered in the stores as well at the same time.

Although the sales associate was friendly, I don’t like that she would never show a whole tray of anything. Instead if I asked to see a particular type of charm she would show A CHARM. I wanted to see all of them so I could choose the charm I wanted for my bracelet. I didn’t want her recommendation on what she thought I might like. I don’t know what’s available so I’d like to see them all. I think this experience is why some people prefer shopping online because they can see everything. Disappointing to say the least. It’s an expensive purchase and you just want it to be right.
