I asked for a bracelet that was a little bigger than the initial one she placed on my wrist due to wanting to add charms. She did go up in size but not much and said that it was fine. As far as my comfort I would have preferred larger. I will be returning the bracelet purchased to attempt to get a better fitting one

The store is very small so there is oftentimes a line just to get inside. The sale items were not clearly indicated or separated from the non-sale items. I have a rose bracelet and there were a total of maybe 4 or charms and 3 spacers total that were on sale in comparison to the trays and trays of other sale items. The associate told me she didn’t have the charm I was looking for in stock. When I asked to show her a photo to double check, then she realized it was in stock. It seemed as thought she wasn’t clear on style names or availability.

Their are four reason's I was not satisfied: The first reason, I was not satisfied because a lot of the merchandise was not available. The second reason, the sales associate had to search many different area's to find the product. The third reason, I spent over an hour in the store and many of the items were not available or sold out and the sale just started. The fourth reason, the store was unprepared for the sale and short staff.

The first associate we saw was not attentive at all & didn’t give us the proper treatment even after spending a good amount at the store in highly disappointed as my first experience in a pandora it makes it hard to want to shop there again.

The sales associate was very rude. She seemed like she did not want to be at work that day. She also rushed me with the choice I was making. I almost did not make a purchase because of how rude she was.

When I arrived to the store the first sales associate didn’t answer my question. I asked for a silver chain and he pointed out where to see them. Nothing was there. Then, I asked him if he had a catalog and he said “ no”. At that moment, another sales associate helped me, who was nice. So, my rate is “not” for the associate who actually processed my purchase. It was for the first person who was helping me

Sales person she is very rude I been there so many time but last two time same sales person attending me and she is rude she don’t want to show me anything yesterday I only buy one charm because I feel not to talk with her because her behavior was not acceptable

I went in knowing what I was going to purchase. The associate was very short and cold with his responses. Once it came to payment I handed him my credit card and he grabbed it rudely out of my hand to put it in the machine that was next to me but I was unable to see because it was obstructed by an object. When they purchase was complete he handed me the receipt and picked up his cell phone and began a conversation as if we were done. I did not receive a box or a gift bag for the bracelet that I purchased. I had to stand there and wait for him to complete his call to ask for one.
