The sales perdone was very rude .. not able to show more products .. very BAD SERVICE I asked questioned and he said he didn’t know them because it was new but so what ? I need to asked another perdone next to him very bad experience I got my things because it was for a gift otherwise no way I give my sale to him

The line outside of the store took me about 40 minutes before even getting in then to find the location didn’t have all the items I needed.

Sales rep Krystal was not friendly. Her willingness to help was bare minimum. Her nails were too long and she spent several times trying to get my engraving correct. Mgr or sales person Dunn had to assist here several times. I spent way more time than I wanted in the store.

I stood in line outside for more than 20 minutes. There were three associates and once one became available she stated they would be with me momentarily although she was free to assist me. I literally have came to this location and started and completely finished two bracelets. Unfortunately each time it’s been an unpleasant experience due to the lack of customer service and I will no longer come to this location. I rather travel further to another location or simply make my purchase online .

The associate assisted a customer who was ahead of me but then the customer walked out of the store to gather some information,Instead of taking me, the next customer in line, the associate waited for the customer to return -more than 15 minutes. The associate walked away, went to the back room, gathered bags, cleaned the area, but never said anything to the customers to explain why nobody was taking the next customer. The associate FINALLY told me she would assist me until her customer could return! I told her which charm I wanted and she told me that it wasn’t available. When the customer returned, she stopped to assist that customer and luckily the next associate was finishing up with another customer and was able to take me next. This associate easily found the charm I was looking for without any problem. She didn’t have to hunt for it at all. This leads me to believe that the first associate didn’t even look for what I wanted and lied to me. And, ironically the customer that she held the line up for didn’t even make a purchase!

Manager not assisting customers when there are 10 customers waiting. Looking through bins of merchandise and peeking up at the line while the other associates are doing there best to assist customers in a timely manner

I think it was the manager who helped me and he was really fast it was almost time to close so he was not listening to me, I was asking for items and he was just saying “ no we don’t have it “ the attitude it was no the best

I originally went to Pandora to purchase two sets of earrings. The first set had a defect on them which caused the stem of the earring to be bent and they didn’t have another set. So I only able to buy one pair. However when I got home the one pair I bought also was defective now I can’t wear my earrings and I have to go back.

Wanted to exchange an item that was a gift and wasn't able to do so. If your product is so good and due to pandemic, there should be additional time allowances. The manager wasn't friendly. Felt as though I disturbed her break.

One of the workers was very rude and try to take the tray From the young lady that was helping us for another customer he was very rude and he was pushing her to hurry up so he can assist someone else and she wasn’t even done with us
