Sales associate was unfriendly with me unlike with other customers. I was pregnant waiting in line for more than 40 mins. When I went in she didn’t even disinfect the place unlike she did for every other client. Didn’t provide with any boxes for the merchandise I purchased over 150$ in addition to what I exchanged. Poor service. Wouldn’t go back.

I am talking for other people that had to stay in line for over a hour just to pick up orders already ready! They should have had someone dealing with just pick up instead of having people wait over a hour in line!

I told the associate that I was sent a incorrect charm with my order and wanted to exchange it, agent refused to return it and didn't offer store credit. Also after completing exchange associate refused to refund remaining balance to my visa card that I used for my original order and placed it on a pandora gift card after I showed him my proof of purchase online and my order invoice slip.

I know we are in a pandemic, and the store only allowed 2 people in at a time. That is understandable. When my husband and I arrived, there was one person in the store. So, my husband and I could not enter together. The salesperson kept trying to persuade me to enter the store without my husband, look around, and perhaps pick something out. I told her I would wait until both my husband and I could enter together because the Pandora experience is about couples picking out something together, and he was paying for it. Yet, she kept persisting I enter alone. It was very irritating. I told her several times, my husband and I was fine waiting until we could both enter together because, again, the Pandora experience is a couples experience. So, when the single person finally left, my husband and I entered an picked out a item to add to my bracelet TOGETHER. Once I refused to enter alone, the salesperson should have left it at that instead of trying to pressure me to come on in and look around.

I came to pandora to buy a necklace, I kno we are social distancing so I wasn’t shocked when I saw the sign stating only two people at a time even though there was three in the store. So me and my husband waited when two of the ladies left we decided to come in to only be met by a rude male associate stating my husband could not come in and we would have to swap out because only two ppl allowed at a time. When asked why was the other two ppl allowed to come in making it three he stated the young lady was a child which we later found out to not be the case. That was rude you don’t get to pick and choose when you want to follow the rules or uphold them you have to be consistent across the board so although the young lady who sold me the necklace was pleasant I won’t be returning because of Him

I was waiting for my turn and when one of the associates was available she waited on a customer that came in after me. When I let her know I was next in line she didn’t say she was sorry only said that she ask for the next customer. I didn’t hear her ask the question but felt she should’ve apologized and excused herself from that customer and wait on me. The next associate was very kind and the manager did give me 10% off of my purchase, which was kind of him

Long wait for assistance. First time doing business with Pandora, and not much was offered, unlike other competitors. Even after requesting a jewelry box or something to place my purchase in, I was only offered a paper bag & receipt.
