There were only two associates and they took forever to wait on us. They could not place the charm I bought because they were too busy. I will never go in this again

Customer service was rude, not patient, not knowledgeable of the charms. Didn’t greet us and was extremely unprofessional. I believe the customer service representative name was Ariana. She appears to need more customer service training. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Disappointing experience.

Big lines. You don’t have time to choose or see what you really want! At this time of the year they should put at least 4 people to help you at the store! At this store just had two and I waited on line almost two hours to buy a ring. I just waited because e is that what the person asked me for Christmas. If wasn’t that I should bought in other place for sure

I waited at least 20 minutes for a sales associate. During which, one of the two employees was in the back room for approx 15 of those minutes. I was looking for a specific ring in a specific size. The stock was very disorganized. To try to find what I was looking for, the associate had to go through plastic boxes of tiny bags and try to look inside each one to see if it contained what I was looking for. After a while, she determined that the item I was looking for was not in stock - because it was a new item and they only get a couple of those at each store. Pandora - you lose sales when you do not have product available for a customer to buy. That was an hour of my time just to find out that what I wanted was not in stock.

I was not greeted when I first walked into the store. No one told me "I'll be right with you" or nothing. The experience made me feel very unwelcomed.

Extremely long wait time because there was only 2 sales associates. It wasn't much merchandise to view. Everything was behind the main counter and couldn't see the merchndise unless you ask them to pull out a rack to review. Very time consuming.

I was assisted by sales associate Ariana. The store was very unorganized. Items were out of place- bracelets that were the wrong size were in the wrong bags/tubs. There needs to be a better way of organizing inventory. Also, the charm that I specifically came into the store to purchase was sold to me at full price - although it was showing as being 30% off online. I purchased a different charm in the store but immediately left the Perimeter location and went directly to the Peachtree Corners location where the charm that I wanted to purchase at the Perimeter location was being sold at 30% off. I showed the pricing to Ariana online and she didn't honor it simply because she said it wasn't in the 30% off case - well the whole store was a MESS so no wonder it wasn't in the 30% off case. I will not return to this location and I suggest additional training for Ariana. How the Peachtree Corners location is ran and how this location is ran is like night and day. Totally different experience at the Peachtree Corners location. I will go there from now on.

While the sales associate was very friendly, however, it took her an extremely long time for her to show me three charms and a bracket. From start to finish it took over an hour. My daughter also want to purchase a ring but again, the sale associate was so slow that we end up not purchasing the ring.

The availability of the associates was very poor. For a while while we were there, there was only one associate, who was helping the only other customer that was in the store. We were not acknowledged in any way when we walked in and for a while afterwards. Even when the other two associates appeared, they both went to help the first associate with the first customer. It took us approaching one of them and asking for help. Once she was helping us, she was helpful, although seemed a little disorganized and frazzled.
