I was waiting for 25min to get assistance. When one of the sales associate was available she kept complaining about how she will not be able to get to Victoria secret to get her sales items. Thus helping me in a rush. In addition, I was specific on what I asked but she will comment by judging my choice. I just knew what I wanted, wanted to get assistance, pay and leave the store.

All my charms were 45% and she missed giving me 455 off of one of my charms. She charged me full price. Also, she was not very knowledgably about the merchandise. She seemed very confused. I think that is why I was overcharged. Now I have to take time out of another day to back to get my refund and that really sucks!

Sales clerk was terrible and not helpful. No Pandora bags- carried necklace out in my purse. No offer to wrap gift.

This visit was the second time I visited this store for gifts in the last 2 weeks. Each time I have gone in there where not many customers in the store however we had to wait over 15 min each time. This visit the manager actually waited on us. We walked in and she was finishing with a customer, greeted us, finished with them and then walked in the back for over 15 min. Another worker came in who was new and training. The manager finally came out with the new trainee and started to help us while training. I understand the need for on the job training but it should not disrupt and overshadow the customer’s experience.

Associate did not show genuine interest and I felt she had a pre-conciived notion about what I may have been interested in. The price I was quoted as I was making my choices did not match what I was charged and she could not explain why. Very dissatisfied with my visit and it was my first visit to a Pandora store. After visiting anther store that sold Pandora, I was advised I needed to return the bracelet I purchased because it was definitely not new and appeared to be a returned item or re-furbished. I returned the very next day and the associate appeared to have the very same poor unconcerned attitude.

The saleswoman not elegant when giving me a discount and collect the full amount. I only noticed this when I was at home, but it's not worth it because it's more important not to go back to the store. Promise must be taken.

The sale associate was very impatient. I wanted to look at more jewelry and she was so ready for me to cash out. I was trying to take advantage of the 45% off sale if you bought 3 items. Will I ever return to the store in perimeter mall not at all likely.

My sales associate was not very helpful don’t know if she was nerves or confused but she kept dropping the charms off my bracelet plus dropping the new ones my fiancé & I purchased. She was supposed to clean my items she didn’t not only that she rung up the wrong item didn’t notice until I got home. I wanted the boxes for my charms and didn’t receive them asked for them two times. By them I was upset and ready to leave don’t think I will visit that location no time soon if we do I won’t hav her as an associate. Also seen another associated that wasn’t very friendly so a nice smile & friendliness goes along way.

I know it is the holiday season, but having a store with only 3 associates to help 6+ individual customers does not make an easy shopping experience. We signed in on a legal pad as we entered the store, but even then, the associates hardly checked it or just picked who they thought was next. It was frustrating to find a charm that I had seen advertised was ONLY available in an outlet store. Why not have the same merchandise or collections at each store? The associate was pleasant but didn't seem to know the merchandise well, not giving us very many suggestions when they didn't have the initial charm I desired. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience at this store, although I don't think I would have enjoyed it at any store. For the high demand of individualized sevice needed for each customer, the store was grossly understaffed, especially for the holiday season.

Bought pandora charms and bracelets for the girls (3 best friends)sweet 16. Bracelet too small 2 days past 30 days and would not allow an exchange. I had to buy another bracelet bet her birthday was just 10/24. Very cold and unyielding I’ve spent $242 in the last 30 days. I would have bought the charms from this store but being outright unwilling to exchange a bracelet 2 days past 30 days shows me you don’t want my money or business! Ridiculous and Horrible Guest service!
