The sale associates was rude and disrespectful. I felt discriminated he kept taking the rings back that I kept trying on. He took them to the back. For a min and then came back out. He probably thought I was going to steel them. Did not put no effort on trying to explain to me the rings or help me out.

Chelsia the associate at Perimeter Mall was very rude. She did not welcome me & she made me feel like I should have not been there. The only reason why I went through with my purchase is because it was my birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this visit and she should be thoroughly talked to to understand how to treat customers. d

The sales peon had an attitude and was very dry. I only brought the charm because I was pe see for time. The store was empty and she was like you need anything? Ummm how about hello, welcome to Pandora how May I help you. Pandora is not a cheap store and I should be made to feel as if I’m bothering you.

Felicia was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Before I came in the store, she yelled at me to make a line outside. She was extremely unhelpful with any product I requested. In one instance, she explained that she had sold a charm I wanted to buy, however, I was staring right at it and had to bring it to her attention for her to even look for it. Furthermore, she acted as if she was bothered to provide assistance with an online exchange, which she ultimately did not assist with. Felicia kept making excuses for her behavior. From her not having enough employees to having to close the store to clean it due to an employee testing positive for COVID. There was an excuse for everything. As a frequent Pandora shopper, I will not be returning to this location. The provided customer service was shocking and not to the level I would expect to receive when visiting Pandora. Felicia should not be managing a store of ANY type.

I went with my sister to buy a bracelet for my girlfriend, and the woman seller She had the worst attitude in the world!!, her face looked like stone! I buy pandora all over the world, I have been Before in Europe and Latin America, in New York, but I had never felt so uncomfortable in a pandora store, with in this store, I recommend that woman not to sell ! Because if attitude is the worst, she had no intention to sell me anything and did not want to show me well the jewelry, with bad face and would be, never smile, I'm sad but in the end I decided to buy, I did not want there!, Zero friendliness, zero attitude to sell, They should evaluate this saleswoman, and have people who actually want to sell and have positive and friendly attitude, for a minute I was going to leave the store but I didn't because I needed the jewelry. I was satisfied. Very good experience. I was disappointed in how much the charms cost and you can't get another if they are over a year old. These charms are very expensive not to be able to replace them

i am a first time customer and i had THEE WORST experience at your location in perimeter mall yesterday. i was shopping for my fiance.... the young lady helping was somewhat helpful at first.. but definitely was less and less thru out the experience as i was looking thru all the charms. i admit i was undecisive bc im a guy and i dont know what im doing... but thats why i was there to GET HELP! and the store manager was just out right rude and disgusting... his name was joshua. i cant believe i still made a purchase... i would have normally just walked out and left. but my fiance really like your jewelry so i still ended up buying some stuff... if i had time to just order online i would have
