I went in the store purchased my items I seen that my card was approved and the sales rep told me it didn’t go through because the system went down.I was told I had to swipe again and I wasn’t.I checked my online banking showing that my card was swiped.The sales rep kept telling me it didn’t go through and I seen and showed her it did.

I went in to exchange a gift my husband accidentally bought me double, it was a charm and a necklace. I wasn’t looking for anything in particular I just wanted to see all the charms available but the associate was bothered and asked me what was I looking for. I didn’t like her attitude because it made me feel like she just didn’t want to help so I didn’t want to keep looking anymore and I just got the refund. Overall bad experience.

I came to Pandora with the ideal of paying for 3 items and to you a previous $10 off coupon from a survey the Manager Jonathan Dunn was helping me at 1st then somebody else who was nicer then help was trying to help next my code wasn’t working so he called back Mr. Dunn and he was acting like he couldn’t honor my discount now I’ve been to many Pandora and they would’ve honor it and Mr. Dunn didn’t and I was spending $140 so I was very disappointed with his manor and how he was handling my transaction if I don’t have to I will not be going back to that store or he will not help me with my next purchase for sure at the end I did get my things I just paid regular price and one more thing some of the peace’s I got was broken and I feel like they should have already been checked however they which them out and my charms are fine thanks Pandora I still love the store we just need to do better with the employees friendliness

They merchandise was broken I had to purchase a new one because you didn’t have in store your warranty is trash it the second item I bought and was disappointed with won’t be back

The Perimeter Mall Pandora store clearly does not understand the benefit/necessity of having a separate line for people who are picking up an online order and people looking to shop. I stood in line for over an hour just to pick up a charm I ordered. Unacceptable!

The lines/the wait to get into the store was absolutely unacceptable. From what I could see Pandora was the only store with a waiting line outside the store. Everyone was complaining. I stood in the line for 2.5 hours...never again. I have purchased about 10 bracelets and tons of charms for myself and family members as gifts. Even the people who ordered online and came to pick up had to stand in the long lines.. There were only 3 sales persons but finally a 4th person came in about 4pm, not unlessen she was in the back the whole time. Once inside the sales person was helpful. I love Pandora jewelry but please help us out as customers..Thank you Vanessa Thomas

This was my first time bringing my daughter into your store for her special occasion. The store manager, Michelle, was so very rude and had a poor attitude to me and many of the customers in the store during our visit. She was very short for now reason and was providing inconsistent guidance to customers on the store's COVID protocols. I am a consumer experience executive for a fortune 100 company and she talked to me and my daughter like we were nothing for no reason. While we were looking at rings she told me to "move out the way so that she could take care of her guests" as I was having a friendly dialogue about rings about how nice the rings at Pandora were.

I was trying to exchange a bracelet I got my Mother for Mother’s Day, I was aware it was past my 30 days. I was hoping I could’ve got store credit or at lease a refund for half the amount.
