The store did not do anything wrong, everything was fine. I had to wait outside because of the covid restrictions, so there is time to look around and noticed that the cabinets are getting warn. Had staff and customers were just taking forever. I only waited about 30 minutes in line. Just wish I could have looked around while I was waiting to be helped. No fault of theirs just the times that we are dealing with.

The staff was very unprofessional. It took three days to locate the price of an item I was Trying to purchase.

My sales rep was so rude. She acted as if I was bothering her and wasting her time. When I asked about an item she never took it out of the case for me to see I had to view it through a scratched up glass. She just acted as if she didn't want to be there. I came in to buy charms, I did not come for the attitude especially when I'm spending my money. I would have waited for another assistant but it was busy because of Mother's Day. I have never been treated like this in a Pandora store.

Due to COVID line is still long but overall service was great

I was so disappointed to be a first time customer and be treated rudely by sales assistant. I told her I didn’t know my ring size and she told me a had big fingers and I could probably not fit there rings. She may me feel like if I didn’t have money to purchase anything in the store. She discriminated me all the way to telling me the probably didn’t even have a big selection in my ring size!!!

The sales associate was very rude and had no intention of helping me . She also happened to be the sales lead but gave us no information about cleaning and stuff which we over heard from the customers . I’m highly dissatisfied

The employees at the store I went to were terrible. Completely not knowledgable about the items, very rude, not accomodating at all. I will never return to this location and will definitely tell others to stay away.

The manager was very Rude she said I was buying the latch to stop the charms from falling off and she said well if you don’t want to get a chance fall off I don’t care

The African American lady with the bun on her head had her nose completely out of the mask. There was no social distancing whatsoever. She never covered her nose and the other lady with the braids did not. It was one point where their top lip was uncovered! This is so unsafe!!

After showing the associate the free Bracelet email I received she assumed I did not have a Pandora credit card and stated it is only for Card Holders. Very Racist
