My card was charged twice for the same order and the manager on hand Tyra has no idea on how to resolve the issue and the issue is still unresolved and I would like to have my $96 back.

I will be returning to the store to return the bracelet that I had to purchase yesterday as a result of my experience. I went into the store to have new charms place on my bracelet as I never remove or add my own charms I always have this done at the store level, however sales associates who assisted me advice that she could not remove one of the charms for my bracelet. This happened to be the last time in succession therefore we couldn't get any of the charms off the bracelet unless we could remove this one charm. As I looked at the charm I noticed that one hole on the charm was smaller than the hole on the other side of the charm which is unusual because every Pandora charm that I purchase has equal sized holes on each side of the charm. I pointed this out to the associate and ask her if it could be the charm and not the bracelet however she maintained that it was the bracelet and not the charm and that she needed to cut my bracelet to get the charm off. It wasn't limited edition bracelet oh, so I stress that I would rather her cut the charm and not the bracelet she maintained that she needed to cut the bracelet and so she did.

Didn’t get any of the free charm that’s promoted and the sales associate didn’t even try her best to get me the charm! I purchased 2 items: one bangle $65 which should qualified me to have my free charm and I purchased 1 charm $55. Total of $140.40 and she didn’t bother to offer me nothing! Plus there were two items I wanted but she said they ran out?! That’s just totally ridiculous and ran out of the free charms too?!!! That’s a total BS!!!! Didn’t like the sales associate who work that day at all!!!!!!!!

Michelle the store manager was rude and had a terrible demeanor. I am appalled at the sub par customer service I experienced.

Johnathan was rude the manager didn't even acknowledge me talking to her on May 16,2020 I end up going in and out the store 3 times just to get service no one greeted me everyone acted as if my money doesn't spend like everyone else's didn't even know or locate the products I was looking for HORRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE CLEAN UP STAFF AND RUDE MANAGER AND JOHNATHAN AND EVERY EMPLOYEE ON THERE ON MAY 16 2020

All the sales woman on that store are mean and they don’t want to sell! I thought was just because of the holidays in the end of the year but yesterday the store was empty and none of them really care for helping us

I went visited this Pandora with the intention of purchasing SEVERAL charms for myself and my mother. Once the first, and ultimately only, charm was located I was given my total. I had to ask to see the charm since it wasn’t shown to me and I was never asked if there were any other charms I had in mind nor was I given a chance to add charms to my purchase. The associate did not offer any additional charms or make any suggestions to add to my purchase.

The sales associate was not customer friendly if he made me feel like he was rushing me so that he can move on to the next customer. For someone as myself who is new to the Pandora company it would have been nice if he was a little bit more knowledgeable and could make recommendations to help me have a better experience in picking out charms and jewels and bracelets. I spent nice money in the store yesterday and when I walked in I didn't even get a warm greeting. I do not like this Pandora although Perimeter Mall is my favorite store I will not go back to that store. I expected to be treated a little bit better considering I was in a upscale type of store. They gave me McDonald's vibes.

Customer service from sales associate super RUDE! They had no bags or boxes I was sent home with my item in my hand. I will never come back to the Perimeter location again. I will forever go to lenox excellent customer service.
