The customer service was awesome! The associate took the time to put my charm on the bracelet!

The associate Dunn made the pick up process very easy. He also was able to help me pick out another charm for my bracelet as well. He also let me know what I need to keep my bracelet clean. I will visit this store again.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in finding charms and suggesting alternatives. It was a very pleasant and low stress experience.

There was no line nor waiting when I went into the store. I loved it since I was the only customer at the time. Of course, when I was leaving several people did come in. I’ve never been in Pandora when I was the only customer. I loved it! Did not have to wait.

At this location I was well attended to. The Saleswoman, Krystal, gave me many options of the specific shape stone I wanted in my jewelry. She was very quick and professional showing me the items and she packaged my purchase BEAUTIFULLY. That is a very big deal for me.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the staff. I was greeted the moment I entered the store. The sales associate, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me make my purchase. She had a positive attitude and took her time throughout the entire process. I would like her to know that she did an AMAZING job and her commitment to her job should not go unnoticed.
