The associate that helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us with returns and made the process easy. She also searched for the product I wanted in the right size until she was able to find it, which we were both happy about!

the sales associates were so friendly and helpful. also since there was a line outside of the store, the sale person waiting at the door helped me first and she was so friendly too.

There was a line, because the sales associate knew her job the line moved quickly and there was no problems.

Bre was super helpful. It was my first time in Pandora and I was lost. Bre helped walk me through each step of selecting my daughters sweet 16 gift.

I walked in and was greeted right away. I really liked that because I am in customer service as well. The associate assisted me immediately and knew where to take me. She made suggestions and was very friendly.

Caitlin helped me in the decision for my granddaughter's charms. She advised what I thought I wanted was not what I wanted only to show me what I needed. Although, I will spend more money because of her friendliness, we will continue shopping at this particular store only.

Great Customer Service
