The store was very welcoming. Associates were busy with other guest but immediately recognized me when I entered the store. Soon as they were done with other guest the asked me how can they help me.

Jasmine customer service was extraordinary.. love her style and she knows her merchandise also she wears all the merchandise that Pandora sells. Which I feel it gives the customers visual to see how it looks on.

Sales associate was very attentive to my knees.

The service was okay but there were not enough workers. I stood in line for over 30 minutes. When I finally got in it was okay.

Immediate service. Had item i had looked for at a different store. Cleaned bracelet and rearranged charms for me. Both associates were very helpful and friendly.

The associate, Caitlyn, was very personable. She has great knowledge of different charms. The cleaning of my bracelet was thorough and the placement of my charms was very creative.

Sarah was an AWESOME Sales Associate. She was patient, knowledgeable and friendly which made for a very positive customer service experience.
