Of course, I always like my Pandora jewelry, and I continually shop Pandora, but this visit was excellent due to Adriana (employee #180095). She helped me with everything I wanted to look at. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. She talked to me about my choices, and found out things I love to do. She found a commonality between us, and we spoke, and laughed about that. It was such a pleasant experience. She was like talking to a friend. So refreshing. She’s an excellent sales rep, and I was very happy she was the rep who helped me.

I was able to find something for my daughter that she liked.

I really like the service given by the employees. While I was waiting, another employee let me know to wait on a specific employee to be done. I appreciate the acknowledgement. The employee that helped me with my purchase, Chad, was really nice. When I wasn't able to buy the exact size I wanted, he gave me several other options I could take.
