My problem was some items being out of stock like the birthstone ring charms, but that’s a Pandora issue not a store specific issue. But Sarah was AMAZING! I will DEFINITELY be back and ask for her. That said, the other two associates seemed quite amazing themselves, but I didn’t work with them directly. Sarah will be my go to Pandora associate from now on. Love her.

Customer service was amazing

I frequent this particular store on a weekly basis and the staff members are always greeting me with a smile. They always provide excellent service and always answer my questions to the best of their ability. I love this store and team members.

Excellent customer service

The truth was I had gone to that store several times and they had always treated me badly but yesterday very special, Ariana attended me, I remember her name because it is similar to mine, the truth is I felt excellent, she attended me super well, I was just going to pick up a purchase online and ended up buying two more pieces, she treated me excellent!

Michelle the manager is highly knowledgeable about all the items I requested. She is very friendly and showed great customer service offered to clean my old Pandora items and placed my new purchases to where I asked her.
