The sales associate was very polite. He answered our questions about the different charms and was very patient.

The salesman was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the jewelry. He made it a point on seeing what I wanted for my mother and made sure she was satisfied. And top it all off he cleaned her bracelet for her too! What a way to make our Queen feel like one! Awesome!

I was greeted by Chad. An amazing Lead associate with his outstanding customer service. As well the Store manager Ms. Michelle. I enjoyed my service I’m going to purchase my daughter another charm at this location.
