Only one associate on the floor to help customers. It was 2 customers inside the store and 4 waiting in line including myself and a family member outside of the store waiting to come in the store. But the one associate didn't have help, everyone else appears to had been innthe back behind the locked closed door and one associate had left to go home because she came from the back and said "goodbye" to the only associate onnthe floor. The ease of checking out and scanning merchandise appears to be very challenging for the associates instead of having everything readily available for checkout. Overall the associate Ariana S. that assisted us with exchanging our bracelets was very friendly, kind, patient, and professional! At least two associates should always be infront readily to o help customers and avoid long lines inside and outside the store and not wait for someone to come out the back to assist.

Silee M, was very professional, kind, and helpful! Willingness and eager to make us happy in our selections, went above and beyond to give us all detailed information on all bracelets and charms that was available to us! Happy with the awesome customer service she provided for myself and my twin sister on our birthday! Silee M. had an awesome spirit and infectious smile through her mask!
