I purchased my first Pandora bracelet a year ago. Needless to say, I was super excited. Well, I decided to purchase a few charms for my birthday again. Well imagine my surprise when I mentioned the guards to keep my charm from moving around don’t work to find out I was sold the wrong ones. AND to make matters worse, I’m just stuck with them! An associate should be knowledgeable to know that my smooth finish bracelet (ball closure) required SPECIFIC guards! I am not happy to waste money. Not happy at all.

I went in store with everything picked out. Unfortunately one ring was available but the sales woman helped me out with other options. Her suggestion was great and purchased the rings.

The young lady that help my daughter find what she was searching for. Also, informed me on how to select responsibily for charms so that she will not loose any of her charms. She was very patient, questionable when needed so and informative in a way to make my daughter happywith her selection. Thanks

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient and took time with me even though there were other clients waiting to get in. There was an abundance of stock from shuck to choose.

The staff is very friendly and right on point. I think the sales person name starts with a K that helped my mother in law who’s 86th birthday is on 28th of February, made my mom feel very special. My sales person was so good I bought something for myself.
