The sales associate took her time with me and answered all my questions. She was very attentive to what I was saying and went over and beyond to ensure I was happy.

Our associate Alaina was so sweet. She allowed my four year old niece to choose a charm for her grandma as a present and made her feel really special about it. Just overall an amazing experience.

I called in advance of my visit and spoke to Jennifer. She was very polite. I let her know that I was a high risk older woman (regarding COVID) and I did not want to spend a lot of time in the store. She gave me the location of the store in the mall. I went in the store and she helped me. It was a great experience.

I was HIGHLY SATISFIED because during this pandemic, I really had 2nd thoughts of going into the mall, however, this store showed me that they take my health seriously. The sales associates were patient, all smiles and knowledgeable!
