My Salesperson, Michelle, was awesome! I am new to Pandora and had several questions. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions until I understood all the bracelets and charm placement. Every charm idea I thought of she searched for without making me feel like it was bothersome. She suggested charms I might like based on our discussion and I picked those two. And then, finally, the earrings that I was thinking of purchasing, she and another associate said no to it and gave me an alternative that I absolutely love. She smiled the whole time and when I said I reached my budget she didn't push. You guys are lucky to have her.
