The Pandora Free Heart bracelet with a free charm was an excellent buy. Although the wait was a little long, the purchase was worth the wait. There were only a few sales people (2-3) to assist during the week of Valentine’s Day.

Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable She made suggestions for charms for the occasion They took their time and they were trying to hurry me in making a purchase.
