They had look up a retire item

Employees were fantastic. They were able to replace my bracelet and also clean two of my bracelets and I purchased another charm.

I went in not knowing what I wanted for a 12yr old. The sales lady help me find something that wasn’t over the top. And I was able to get me something too.

When I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly “Hello, welcome to Pandora” AND it wasn’t forced. It was genuine. The associate/manager Jennifer quickly came over and helped me with picking out a ring I already knew I wanted. Didn’t have the size I wanted because I wanted to wear it on different fingers but the ring is so cute I went down half a size so I can just wear it on one finger. I like Pandora’s rings because they’re stackable and I can switch the rings for different fingers depending on mood and or outfit.

The customer service was outstanding. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me.

I looked at a couple of items online. Went to the store. Sales associate found my item eith ease and was very friendly.
