During my looking around some selection of sample rings for window shopping , one employee came upon to me and talked to me very thoughtfully and with big compliment about my fashion style. She gave me good impression by her sincere attitude and sweet gesture. It got my shopping started haha and I finally bought one ring with no plan at all. She made my first visit to Pandora pleasant and made my mood up and up ! She had such a high understanding for customer's interest and needs !! Besides, I need to change into another ring right after purchase because of the size ! Although shop's closing time was already close, but she was so sincere for helping me to find the new design and size with sweet selling gesture, which was totally touching and I ended up in buying something new more expensive than the first one !! Haha she is such a good and competent staff!!! Every customers like her I saw :) I definitely recommend this pandora store and her ,whose name is Jazzeka, to my friends to visit !! Plz give her a big hand for encouragement as she deserve it! Appreciate her again and see you very soon again.

There were wide selection for kind of thick finger like mine. And employees are amazingly friendly and willingfully helping us ,which was pretty satisfying.I feel grateful for Johnathan A’ sand Jazzeka Carter’s sincere help. Friendly staff. Greeted me upon entering store. Gave me her full attention during my visit.

Store manager served me and she knew the product. She assisted myself and my daughters. It was the Saturday before mother's day and there was a long line out the store. She was calm, friendly, patient and competent.
