Diana W 173407, Offered my wife and I superior customer service. She thanked me for my military service. Offered me a military discount. Cleaned my wife's Pandora bracelet and instructed her how to clean the bracelet properly. What was interesting is that my only intention was to look around. We ended in buying 5 charms. She rearranged my wife's bracelet with our newly purchased charms. This is a example of exceeding customers expectations! I'll be bank and thank you DIANA for your Outstanding customer service.

First let me say I love my Bracelet. My sales associate Arianna was awesome. This was my first time purchasing from Pandora and Arianna made my experience memorable. She was very patient and professional. I purchased from the Pandora in Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Ga. Although, I was slow because I couldn’t make my mind up.. I was greeted and helped by Diana I think her number is 173407. She helped me find exactly what I needed and fast. She gave great suggestions and asked about my wife and things she likes which created a unique and personalized experience. I am a General Manager of a hotel and service is my constant focus, Diana could work with me any day. I will be coming back just to shop with her.

Highly satisfied largely due to our salesperson, Linda, and her manager. We felt like we were very well catered to and not rushed to make a purchase. One of the items I purchased was a safety clasp - 1 of 4 items purchased - which broke only 2 days later. This is the reason I reated my satisfaction with my purchase "satisfied" as opposed to "highly satisfied". I am happy to return and get the item replaced.
