I liked everything about the store.My visit went well and great. Also the ladies that worked there was so kind and helpful.

We dealt with the assistant manager at first. I believe her name was Aja..? And she was great. She then had to attend to logging people in and the associate that finished up with, Jazzeka, was also pretty awesome. Just made the stress of Black Thursday/Friday go away.

I came to return an item I purchased overseas but I was not able to do so at the store. The store manager explained the policy and offered me an exchange instead and the phone number to consumer affairs. She remained calm and stayed with me the entire time I was talking to consumer affairs. After I hung up, she proceeded to help me with other items I was looking at and she was so friendly and patient that I ended up spending $800.00+. She has very good people skills and turned the situation around into a sale.

I saw a ring I wanted to purchase online but was out of stock except for this Pandora location. I called the store and a friendly salesperson answered and found the size ring I needed in the store. Later, I visited the store and the salesperson quickly found the ring I put on hold. Highly satisfied with my Pandora experience.
