Our sales associate was great.

Ashley was extremely helpful and made sure that I was satisfied before I left. She even above beyond to not sell me charge that had alter colors from sitting out and made sure to replace the charm because she didn’t want to sell anything that she wouldn’t wear. Thumbs to Ashley I will be going back to see her very soon.

Maia-Leigh was so friendly and helpful. I was buying my 1st pandora so this was a new and exciting experience for me. She definitely made my experience better. Plus pandora was having a sale which made it even better. Maia was personable and relatable, and she made me feel welcomed

The customer service was excellent. Kiesha was great with a excellent knowledge in the items and very patient.

The sales associates are always pleasant and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They take their time with each customer and makes each customer feel like they are the one person in the store. I like the fact that I am never rushed to make a purchase so they can get to the next customer. Especially when there is a long line.

Deidre W had no idea I was not feeling well today and she was the perfect sales person to assist me, my sister, and my niece. She rearranged the charms on my bracelet to be better organized and cleaned it as I was selecting my new charm. Great customer service.

Kiesha was an awesome sales person. I’m a manager in retail and she had amazing customer service she truly has a gift for people and you can tell she has loves her job!
