I just love coming to this location.

I've been to the pandora store a few times and have yet to have a bad experience.

I had a great experience today. Ms. Kiesha worked with my husband and I selecting a charm for my anniversary. I ended with two charms and a bracelet for my mother. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the products. She was very friendly and her customer service was impeccable. She was so patient with us. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. We paid over two hundred dollars today in her store, and I will come back for the quality of customer service. I live in the Lake Spivey area on the South side of Atlanta , and I wont think twice about driving the distance when I receive great customer service.

She was extremely friendly and courteous! She was extremely helpful in my selection of a new charm, I tend to be indecisive, she was very patient! This store is further for me but I would travel there to have her help!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and did her best to find the items I was looking for. She made thoughtful suggestions on how to secure charms on my bracelet with being aggressive to make the sale.

Great staff & employees. Was able to get what I was looking for. Definitely will return to this location.

I live in Clayton county and definitely will come back to this location to shop with Deidre and Ky whom customer services was great as well because I called and she was so nice and polite.

This store is nice and clean . We had to wait in line for almost 1 hrs. They had only 3 people working so it got very busy. some of the Items we were looking for were also not available.

The rep was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She was very accommodating and made sure I was satisfied.
