The associates were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They not only assisted me with exactly what I was actually looking for — they also sold it. They rearranged my charms on my bracelet and told me exactly what I was missing. I will be back for my next purchase in a week or so. I look forward to the ladies assisting me again.

The sales consultant Ki'esha was outstanding! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and had an awesome personality. It was a lot of fun working with her! Also, this location is my favorite Pandora store because all of the Sales Consultants are wonderful and a joy to work with! Most of my purchases are made at this location unless they don't have the product I need.

The sales associates (Ki-esha) was very nice, knowledgeable about the product, and very attentive. She immediately took the two charm bracelets I was wearing off of my arm and to back room to clean them (which they desperately needed). She provided recommendations on which charms I should chose based on the ones I had selected redesigned my bracelet adding the new charms.
