The clerk that assisted me was soooo friendly! She was extremely helpful & recommended a few things. She included a booklet of the charms & circled specials for future reference.

This visit was quite contrary to my earlier one in January! This time, the sales associate was very versed in knowledge of the product. She was patient and very open to me changing my mind about which item I wanted. She even offered suggestions on what would look nice with items I chose. Overall, this experience was EXCELLENT!
