Needed help designing one of my bracelets with my new charms I received for Christmas. The sale associate took her time and helped me she also offered some great ideas. She was very friendly and did not rush me.

The salesperson was very knowledgable about the product. She was very helpful with giving me ideas on a new charm and gave me great information regarding sales items. The salesperson went out of her way to help me and even cleaned my bracelet for me. I was very pleased.

I was highly satisfied because the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the merchandise. The staff had great ideas of how to lay out the merchandise to make it look even more appealing to the eye.

I did not feel rushed. The salesperson took her time with me to make sure I was satisfied. Also, the sale you have going on, i. e. 45% off if you buy 3 or more items.

I enjoyed the service

The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was patient to listen to what I was looking for and then she fulfill my request. She thanked me for my business and asked me to return.

There was about a hour wait, which was not comfortable at, especially since there was nowhere to sit. However, once your name was called, the associate gave me her full attention. I did not feel as if she was rushing me to get to next customer. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and offered wonderful ideas on what to buy and how the charles should be arranged. I will definitely go back to same store and wait until I can be seen by same associate.
