I was looking for a specific charm for my charm bracelet. The theater faces (happy and sad) were discontinued but I was willing to pay a fair price for them. I did like the elephant charm I bought, but there was no variety (only one elephant based charm.) I would highly suggest bringing back theater based charms because they mean a lot to many people (friends of mine also have the charm or are looking to buy it.)

Small space. They didn’t have many of the charms I wanted.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store. I mentioned that I was not happy with the Brighton bracelets I had been purchasing for years, because I have a small wrist. I wondered if the charms would fit, as I really like the way Pandora closures are so small. Brighton closure is all you see on the bracelet, if you have a small wrist. Sales associate was not familiar with Brighton, although very friendly, not the most helpful in helping me picking a few charms. I did purchase a bracelet & 1 charm.

Sales associates were in conversation while I waited for service. I would have left the store if it wasn’t important to purchase the gift.

It took awhile to get helped. The fabric to polish the item I wanted was pretty dirty.

The return policy is inconvenient. On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I purchased three charms from a Pandora Boutique and decided I didn't want them all. When I went to return them to the local Pandora Boutique, I was informed that I could only exchange rather than receive a refund. It seems silly to me that Pandora franchises do not accept returns for refunds for merchandise purchased at other Pandora Boutiques. I understand not accepting returns from Pandora counters inside department or jewelry stores such as Jared, but a purchase from a stand-alone boutique should be able to be returned for a refund at any stand-alone boutique. So now, I have to limit my purchases to the boutique in my city so I am able to get a refund should I change my mind about the item. It's an inconvenience especially since the selections can vary by store.

Not enough options for rings under $100 that I liked.
