We arrive 10:56am. Didn't got assigned till 11:16am. Because there was two staff only today October 9,2017 . So we arrive one staff was helping these two couples. While we were waiting. Another staff was helping another client as while we waiting. And then another client came in while we were waiting. Basically we didn't not got Assistance till last. And it was short on staff. I wish they can clean my jewlery while I was here early waiting. Untill another staff came in.but the sales ask there co-worker if we do jewelry cleaning for today.the other co-worker said we don't do cleaning when we have our sales. I think you guys should do cleaning no matter if sales or no sales should always do cleaning. You guys should think about your new policy. And should think about making sales 50% sales. I wish you guyz would also have the white pave heart. But give me pink instead. Oh well better then nothing ☺. Other then that I am okay with spending today. I will definitely visit shop when I come to mall and shop.

Not as many Charm selections as I was hoping. Had to leave bracelets to be cleaned, and returned at the designated time. Bracelets were not ready, had to still wait.

Was not greeted when entering the store twice. Staff standing around talking so I had to ask for help before getting assistance and store was not crowded.

No books! Walked in and was asked what I wanted ???... No books to look at to make a choice and instead of showing me all the trays of items...i had to guess what I might want ... and spent 300$ and they were out of the bracelet I wanted ...why don't you at least have a store copy so customers can shop or at least show everything you have ???.. Not the first time this store has sucked ..but it will be the laat time I shop there! .. I'll leave feedback on their site as well

Annelies L was my salesperson. I came in because my bracelet broke and I was unsure if it could be repaired. She told me she had never seen one like it before. I told her it was purchased years ago when Pandora first came out. I told her since it could not be repaired I wanted to buy another one, yet I really found the one I wanted on my own, no help from her. Then I saw a butterfly charm and since butterflies are my good luck charms, I told her I wanted to purchase one while she was adding the charms I already had on to my new bracelet. She showed me 2 round balls with “butterfly wings” on them, I told her Inwanted a Butterfly” not it’s wings. Clearly, she did not listen to me. I found her attitude representing Pandora unacceptable.

Jewelry was not throughly cleaned. I watched the associate give minimal effort. I still will have to try and clean at home. The associate could have upsold me cleaning solution or polishing cloth.

Was not happy with the customer service I received the sales associate was not friendly when asked about items Gabriella replied we don’t have that when continued to inquire about more she appeared to be frustrated. Also so asked if we could she was not able to do so. I was very surprised with that response. I’ve been to several locations and have always been able to view the different trays from the display top.
