The associate didn't want to show me all the merchandise I was asking to see. She wouldn't let me walk around and see what was available. I wanted a sale item (safety chain), but it wasn't available in store. I asked to see other safety chains, and the associate showed me two or three, so I asked for another one I had seen on line. She immediately found it (but hadn't shown it to me before). I also wanted an earring I'd seen online, which she found, but at the time I wasn't concerned she had it in her fingers. When I got home, I noticed it must have been a very worn return. It was sale so it was no return, but I spent time trying to clean it up. I may have to end up using jewelry cleaner - it is that bad. Very unprofessional for such a well known brand.

We had purchased two "clip charms" on a previous visit. We had problems with the clips in the past and explained this to the sales associate. We wanted to return the clips for a different charm or a discount on a future charm. The sales associate said we can only get the same clips we had. Now, the clips are lost and we cant get anything. Moral of the story, stay away from the clip charms. They get lost easily!

I came in to get an infinity symbol petite for my floating locket. The associate barely greeted me with a smile but then faded then I told her what I came for. She became more annoyed then happy to be helping me. Do associates work Getting off commission? There was only 1 infinity symbol petite and it lacked luster and shine. Nothing like the marketing I've seen. When I asked if there was anything she could do to make it shinier and not look "dirty", the associate took a while looking for cleaner and barely wiping it. I'm disappointed for the lack of inventory, the false representation of the item itself, and the lack of interest to even get a new one shipped to me.

The first associate was a trainee and she tried to be very helpful. I was really pleased with her.. but the associate assisting her was very rude and condescending and I didn’t appreciate it.

Sales associate was negative about the product. Sales associate was not engaging. She did not assist with me adding new charm to my bracelet

Customer service was horrible. I waited 20 mins to be helped. One employee was on her phone, while the other one was organizing charms. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because I needed to buy a gift. The store was not full only 2 other customers that were being helped by 2 employees that were actually working. Finally after 20 mins of waiting I got some assistance. Next time I will order online.
