When I arrived my sales associate was very quick to help me. She asked what I was looking for and got some options out for me. Once I was paying she was very quick to begin rushing me and handed me my things. Once I left and opened my bag, the necklace i purchased was not wrapped in the box after i asked her to place it in because it was a gift. The necklace was thrown in the bag and the box was closed on the other side of the bag. As well as the wrapping paper crumbled into the bag.

the sales reprehensive not friendly and disrespectful argumental and not care about the customer is like if you want it take if not don't care that's not how business works. customer is not always right but you need to have the patience to deal with them . I was giving my email and i type error so she informed me well we need to start a new email cause i couldn't find you.. I told her i on the system cause i buy jewels before her respond was well i gave you the table and was you who make the mistake but with not bad tone. please train them to be patient and happy with customers that's what they are there to help customer

The first associate didn’t greet us at all, the one who “helped” us was extremely rude trying to get through customers, didn’t spend time with us and was rushing us. I settled on purchasing a charm but the lady wouldn’t clean my bracelet saying “it takes too long and I have people to assist”. I then made a decision to come back 20 min later to purchase my charm and get my bracelet cleaned. It was just very inconsiderate and disrespectful.

I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned. It wasn't until I let the store that I noticed that it wasn't cleaned properly. After I moved some of the charms around, there were still areas that were discolored. Now I will take it to a jewelry cleaner to get it cleaned. I guess my appearance gave the associate the impression that I didn't deserve better treatment. I am a huge fan of your jewelry. Maybe the associate felt like I wasn't worth her time. I will not be returning to that location. I would rather go out of my way than feel like I am not wanted in that location.

The sales associate did not have a positive friendly attitude at all. She was very short. Referred me to the book every time I asked about an items price. She didn't know what was available. The associate didn't care to show me accessories that would pair with my newly purchased charm bracelet.

All of the employees we talked with were very rude. The person helping us check out was extremely rude and barely even talked to us. Then she said to her coworker in Spanish that basically we were stupid, she didn’t know I speak Spanish. I replied back and she didn’t say another word. If it wasn’t for my wife I would have walked out. I hate that store and it needs fixed.

I came into the store early in the day to pick out a birthday gift for myself with my husband, we have done this in the past it have had lovely visits where they make me feel very special. However yesterday, was not that. The store was full of staff, at least 10 I figured there was some training going on, there was 1 other customer being helped while I was looking around for my gift. I found a bead that I wanted, I stood in front of that counter for a while waiting patiently, they went over to the desk in the back and asked for help but be put off, when back to the display case to continue waiting. The clerk was abrupt, I was disappointed, I also wanted a chain, we weren't on the same page with what I wanted, she wanted me to get a changeable length and I didn't want that, I finally gave up on the chain, decided I would order 1 on line, and said I just wanted the bead. Too frustraiting for a Birthday!
