Sales associate told me she was “overwhelmed” and it would be best to return to apply for credit card. Also she told me she would give me the Fanny pack, and I didn’t get it. I spent more than $200

We had issue with the receipt and we were told that was needed for repair/service etc. When the email receipt was not received, they were unable to print it even though the transaction occured only 2-3 mins earlier. We were told the receipt would be emailed on Monday(Aug 23) morning and we didnt get it. And any call to the stoe at 240-903-6238 irrespective of the time of day takes me to the voicemail.

I have shopped at this store dozens of times. When we first arrived, we were not greeted. There were many associates, but because of the way they were interacting, we thought many were customers. The sales associate laid out what we needed and was pleasant, if not overly helpful. We ended up getting what we needed, but it was not a memorable or especially good experience—I would describe it as meh. I was buying a simple gift, and was not looking very fancy, but I have many themed bracelets and the associate been a bit more helpful, I probably would have bought several more charms that I liked. Oh well.

The lady who helped me out seen like she wasn’t interested in helping me because maybe she thought I wasn’t gonna buy anything or something cheap and she was very slow didn’t speak up felt like she didn’t even want to be helping me out honestly

I understand the limitations of the store during the pandemic and health and safety of the customers and staff is of utmost importance. However, the staff could have been a little more receptive of guests as they enter the store. I got zero acknowledgement. The staff could have simply said "Thank you for coming in Pandora, someone will assist you as soon as we are finished with these customers as we have limited staff and we are trying to keep everyone safe". The staff did not open their mouths. Then one of the customers came in and rolled up into my and my daughter's personal space not taking into account the distancing rules. The staff seemed to ignore this. The staff needs to be better with this. They can be better and still keep everyone safe.

The person handling the charm I purchased dropped it on the floor and never checked for damages or gave me a new one. They did not want to print me a receipt or gift receipt and kept suggesting to just email receipt since it was easier for them instead of printing out a gift receipt & the entire process took extremely long even though I came ready with the 1 specific charm I was purchasing. It was way too long & it was at a kiosk not inside the store.

The item I wanted was incorrectly priced it was in the case as 65$ and it rang up as 80$ then I was told oh it priced incorrectly in the case. Price was adjusted but until I said i would reach the corporate office a took a picture of the one in the case. the free charm was not available and I was told that the sale was over when I just received the email that morning. then I was told oh we will call you when it comes in(sure I will wait and see). over experience 4 out of 10. The manager came out but it with no real concern and they never removed the incorrectly priced item form the showcase. I won't return to that location.

waitlistnot good

By waitlistnot good | 12/30/2019

I was not aware of a wait list and then when I was finally told there was a waitlist my name went to the bottom of list even though sales people and customers knew I should have been next. After the staff's error of not telling me there was a wait list , the staff starting shouting to all new people who walked into store to make sure if they wanted help.to add name to waitlist. My expectation was that staff should have waited on me next and not just add my name to bottom of list . Store was not busy when I first got there and now I had to wait probably about 30 to 45 more minutes to be waiting on. There has to be a better way to make people aware of the waitlist. the sales person doing the waitlist needs to be aware of people walking in while she is adding people to the waitlist and she should have approach me and asked me especially since I was just hanging out over the counter and not walking around the store. A better job needs to be done with making people aware of wait list.
