Staff member was very rude and not interested! My 14 yr old was using her own money to buy her first piece of jewelry and it tarnished the whole experience!

Store didn’t have any bags or ribbons. Also did not have the other 2 charms I was looking for.

Went for Fall 2019 collection. There was next to NO murano glass to but in between charms for color - literally no black (except snow white charm), no orange, one yellow. The new collection had a charm with leaves but forethought Pandora - make the CZ accents the color of leaves not CLEAR. I went to create the Halloween Pandora bracelet of my dreams and we could find literally NOTHING in the store to create this. I went in excited and left very unhappy. Purchased a few from the fall line but could not create a cohesive piece of jewelry. Colored glass/other should be on hand CONSTANTLY to create different looks - that is like Pandora 101 in my opinion.

My children bought me Pandora bracelet about 2 years ago. I'm not a costume jewelry wearer, but wear it as it came from the kids for my birthday. The clips have fallen off at various points in time and one has actually gotten lost. The salesperson agreed that the clasp on the remaining one wasn't performing well but wouldn't exchange. So i unhappily decided to buy new clips to replace a damaged one and one that has been lost as it wasn't functioning. Then i decided to get a new charm as long as i was there to make the kids happy. In order to do so, we would have had to reorder the existing items on the bracelet but found that the screws were stripped on the first of the existing items and couldn't be removed so therefore, i'm only able to add on and never change the order. So with about 5 items that my children purchased for me on my bracelet, I've had quality issues with 3 of them. This complaint doesn't have anything to do with this specific store, and more of the quality of the jewelry and the fact that while it was > 1 year old, there are obvious defects and I had to buy all new items, and now can't even add on. Disspointing product for sure!

I called the store to confirm that the item was in stock. I got a voice mail- no return call. I called the next day and the voice mail was full. I did go to the store and that experience was fine. Two other associates were very busy in their phones. Maybe they could return phone calls? I did say something to the very pleasant associate I delt with. This is any easy fix.

The employee taking people into a queue on her ipad took around half an hour to put anyone down. She also couldn’t count and misinformed people about how long the wait would be as well as how many people were before me.

The sales associates were all helping other customers when I arrived. They all saw me arrive, but none of them greeted me and advised that they would be able to help me shortly. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one sales associate was able to help and STILL never said hello or welcome. She simply asked if I was looking for something. I greeted her back with a hello and how are you this evening. Only to receive the response, "Is there something I can help you with." The only reason I patronized the establishment is that I was purchasing a gift that had specifically been requested. I would never go back. I will continue to make my purchases at the Jared's in my area.

After purchase, I asked the sales associate if I could get the charm gift wrapped. She said they were out of gift wrap. I was somewhat surprised as it was several weeks after Valentine's Day but I wasn't going to cancel my transaction for this reason. She placed the item in a little odd shaped carton which you can't really gift wrap although you can place it in a small gift bag. I then asked her for a bag to place my purchase in. Her response was they were out of those as well. So I left the store with my purchase and gift receipt in hand. I have purchased Pandora charms many times before usually at jewelry store. I have always gotten them wrapped in a small box with a bow. I found it very unusual that a purchase like that couldn't be gift wrapped but things happen - no big deal. But to leave the store with the box and gift receipt in my hand I thought was totally unprofessional. I would not stop buying Pandora. However, I will never go back to that store when I can shop the item at a jewelry store and get it not only wrapped but placed in a small bag so that it will not get inadvertently lost or ruined especially if I had additional shopping to do.

It all involved customer service we had to wait to be acknowledged 10 minutes and after that the sales associate was unhelpful and kept telling me the wrong information no smile no thank you no emotion at all
